1. Rubber Lined Fire Hose Feature: It consists of high strength synthetic fiber (outer jacket) and sulfuration
natural rubber (lining), with good abrasion resistance, corrosion resistanceand water resistance, etc, is a type of traditional economic fire hose. It is used
in water transportation, also used with other fire equipment cabinet, fire extinguishing
pump, fire hydrant, fire apparatus. It can be widely used in factory,mine, shipping dock, chemistry industry etc.2. EPDM Lined Fire Hose Feature: It is made through new high technology, craftwork and have undergone two
sulfuration. This produce has all the excellences of natural rubber, moreover,it also has special corrosion resistance, incurvation resistance, aging resistance,
high pressure resistance, climate resistance, and with a longer service life.It is specially useful in petroleum and chemical industry, and suitable in coldareas. Its comprehensive use is rather better for its high investment and newtechnology, though its price is a little higher than rubber lined fire hose. Atpresent, only several factories can produce EPDM lined fire hose in China.3. PU Lined Fire Hose Feature: It adopts imported equipments and materials in production, it occupies all-round
performances with many excellences of rubber and plastic:
1.Adhesive strength: 3 times stronger than natural rubber;2.Abrasion resistance: 3-5 times better than natural rubber;3.Excellent oil resistance: Its affinity is very little when used in non-mineral
oil, and is hardly be corroded in fuel oil.
4.Good climate resistance: No distortion when be continuously used under 80°C-90°C,
and no embrittlement below -50°C ~ -70°C.
Moreover, it is very soft and with lighter weight ( unit weight is 40% lighter than
rubber lined fire hose). It is widely used in most fire fields.
4. TPE Lined Fire Hose Feature: It is a new product with good heat resistance, abrasion resistance, aging
resistance, high pull resistance. It makes up the demerit of rubber lined fire
hose, and assimilates the merit of PU lined fire hose. It is suitable to be used
in fire army, factory, shipping dock, storage of chemical industry and agriculture
with reasonable price and good utility!
