3.Features of custom welding masks
1. Dark to clear delay adjustment, Operator can vary the time for the filter to return to clear state.
2. WELDING/GRINDING mode can be selective.
3. The helmet utilizes high performance solar cell as power supply and has 2 builtin 3V lithium batteries as power backup. No change of battery is required. And the battery life is raised to a new limit. Under normal welding conditions, users can expect a battery has a lifetime of more than 5000 hours.
4. Variable shade (DIN) from DIN9 to DIN13 is adjusted at the turn of a shade knob (shade variable).
5. The products are in full conformity with related DIN, ISO, EN379 safety standards and ANSI Z87.1-2003 standards.
6. The ultra high performance of UV/IR AutoDarkening filters provide full protection for the user’s eye & face against UV/IR radiation during the entire welding process, even in the light stat. The UV/IR protection level is up to Shade16 (DIN) all the times. It makes welders feel comfortable in welding working

4.Maintenance
1. Clean the filter and protection plates by a lens tissue or a clean soft cloth with proper glass detergent.
2. Use neutral detergent to clean the welding shell and headband.
3. Replace outer and inner protection plates periodically.
4. Don’t immerse the lens in water or any other liquid. Never use abrasives, solvents or oil based cleaners.
5. Don’t remove the auto-darkening filter from the helmet. Never try to open the filter.
6. Replacement of battery
6.1 Please refer to the icon to replace the battery. This product uses 3V lithium battery, type is CR2302, can be freely bought in the market, or use the battery we recommend. But it is should be noted that different battery manufacturers has slightly differences, so the life time of battery differs.
Note: Wasted batteries and components of ADF should be disposed in accordance with local laws and regulations. Welding filters should be disposed as electronic wasted material.
6.2 In normal use, the battery can be maintained 2,3years. When the battery power is sufficient, the low power indicator doesn’t work. When power of the battery is too low, it’s empty in icon, and the icon flickering, and the buzzer clicking, the filter can’t work normally, we need to replace battery immediately.
