Hydraulic Lifting Industrial Coating Basket Mill is an integrated equipment,which combines millling and dispersing to reduce particle size for paint,coatings,inks and pigment dispersions applications.The basket mill integrates high speed dissolving and pump wheels,a very narrow particle size distribution can be achieved in this machine.
 
The machine has altered traditional production processing by integrating dispersing and milling two processes into one, which reduces production process. No pump nor valve is required. One machine and one container can implement dispersing and milling together, which increases efficiency greatly and reduce materials waste.
 

3. Advantage of Hydraulic Lifting Industrial Coating Basket Mill:

-  Replaceable basket structure, easy to clean

-  Easy to maintain and move from one batch to another different product production
