Double planetary mixer is a kind of equipment which assembles various mixing types and running models of mixers in one. It is suitable for dissolving, dispersing, mixing, compounding, reaction of material which is from powder to high-viscosity and high-density, and various paddle can be chosen according to different processing technique and material feature. (e.g. twist of dough frame type, multi-paddle type)dispersing disc or emulsifying head can be chosen for high-speed shaft.
Features
1.Double twist of dough frame rotates and revolutions at the same time,and so it makes the material stir quickly;
2.Vacuum design ensures material work under sealed enviroment.
3.There are various blades as frame, paddle and twist of dough frame for low speed blade can be chosen.
4.Heating means of kettle can be electrical heating, steam heating, hot water or oil circulation heating, intelligent temperature director can control temperature precisely.
