Grinding Basket mill:
A farfly of basekt mill is an ideal equipment to produce inks,coatings,pigment dispersion,with its owned milling technology. Basket Mill is wet milling machine. It is suitable for industries having high fineness requirement such as paint, printing ink, pigment, color paste, cosmetic, pesticide, pharmacy etc. The machine has altered traditional production processing by integrating dispersing and milling two processes into one, which reduces production process. No pump nor valve is required. One machine and one container can implement dispersing and milling together, which increases efficiency greatly and reduce materials waste.
Description:
1)Liquid circulation system is generated between the material feeding rotor and toothed dispersing disc and grinding beads with high hardness driven by the high-speed rotating rod in the basket result in outstanding milling effect.
2)Good milling fineness, high grinding efficiency, even particle distribution and the whole milling process is finished under closed condition.
3)Without dead corner, little residue, easy to clean and easy to change color or other products.

After Sales Service
The above machine which we supply it to you, we can give you one years after sales warranty, we can also send our engineer to you factory to install this equipment and train your staff, but the Buyer should pay the round air ticket cost and arrange the hotel accommodation as well as the meals for Seller’s engineer. We will send some free set of spare parts for you it.
Payment terms:
30% deposit by T/T before production, 70% balance should be paid by T/T before shipment. but we also accept L/C.
