Descriptions:
high speed dissolver/high speed dissolving machine coating production equipment is to dissolve ,disperse and mix meterials with different viscosity.Through the very high peripheral tip spped of the toothed disc,the strong shearing,crashing and friction forces generated between the materials and toothed disc disperse,dissolve and mixe the materials efficiently.The large stress forces break down the agglomerates into the liquid or paste suspension and solid particle wetted out.With cover matching with its container to avoid dust flying ,materials splashing and volatilization of solvent products during dispersing.Easy operation,safe and convenient .The cover is mirror polished ,easy to clean and nice appearance.Little air absorption during mixing and dispersing process.It disperses and dissolves materials to smaller particle size effciently .No dead corner during mixing .Easy to clean ,wide capacity range ,various speed control,stable operation ,low noise and long-time continuous operation.
High speed dual-shafts dissolver is a typical production dispersion equipment.It used for as stirrer, blend, disperser and mix paint, ink and pigments dispersion and others. Double dissolving discs are good to reduce irregular flow phenomena, then to improve dissolving results.
After Sales Service
The above machine which we supply it to you, we can give you one years after sales warranty, we can also send our engineer to you factory to install this equipment and train your staff, but the Buyer should pay the round air ticket cost and arrange the hotel accommodation as well as the meals for Seller’s engineer. We will send some free set of spare parts for you change it.
Payment terms:
30% deposit by T/T before production, 70% balance should be paid by T/T before shipment. but we also accept L/C.
