Thickener for pigment JL-PTF
[Product outline]Thicker for pigment JL-PTF is the highly efficiency one for preparation of coating
paste, which has changed the fact that advanced thickeners can not be produced domestically.
It is environmentally-protective with little dosage. It can be matched up with all kinds of binders
and applied in all kinds of pigment printing, the paste adjustment of which is convenient, and
its stability is fine. Printed products have many merits, such as clear contour, bright luster,
high color yield and good fastness to color, etc. Also, it has striking effect in reducing cost,
saving energy, relieving environmental pollution and ensuring security manufacture.

[Technical specification]Appearance: Milky white ropy liquid
Ionicity: Anionic
PH value: 6-7(1% aqueous solution)
Pure water viscosity: 100,000mpa.s(1.5%-L4V6)
[Performance and Characteristics]
1. It can be applied in pigment printing paste thickening of all kinds of fabric such as cotton, chemical fibber and blended ones.
2. Suitable for all kind of printing process, such as flat screen printing, rotary screen printing, roller screen printing and hand table printing, etc.
3. Has good resistant to electrolyte and strong water cohesive, can be used together with all binder.
4. It can be directly added into paste mixture to thicken paste, also it can be formulated to be standby paste with water, which uses conveniently.
5. Quality is more superior with clearer patterns, brighter luster, better fastness and softer feel.
6. With little dosage, it does not contain emulsified paste such as kerosene, and its volatile is little after printing and stoving, which is friendly to environment.
[Application method] Binder JL-K57-B or (JL-K58-B) 10-25%
