this product 100% content high grade textile softening finish solid softening flake,for acrylic and blending fabric soft effect,suitable for soft finish of cotton,polyester,pure wool etc,and bulky,lofty soft finish.

[Characteristic]
Suit for all kinds of cotton,hemp,silk,wool yarn and fabric softening,make fabric good flexibility and elasticity.
Especially for all kinds of acrylic,chemical fiber and blend softening, get soft bulky effect.
Especially for light and white fabric finish.
[Dissolve]
Put softening flake in room temperature according to 5...8% ,as stir rise temperature to about 75...80℃,to dissolve even paste to use.
[Application method]
dip: dosage 0.5-0.8% (o.w.f)
time: 15-30 min
best temperature: 50-60℃
pad: dip: dosage 2-3g/L
best temperature: 40-50℃
two dip two pad or one dip two pad
[Note]
Use with cationic or nonionic printing and dyeing auxiliary ,but not anionic auxiliary.
[packing and storing]
25kg/bag,plastic knit bag. store in cool warehouse,can keep 2 years.
