LOW FOAMING SOAPING AGENT JL-518-A
[Brief Introduction]
It is a new broad-spectrum pre-treatment and detergent auxiliary built from a new multifunctional
compound of ingredients, It is used for the process of desizing, scouring, bleaching of cotton ,
cotton/polyester, cotton/viscose and synthetic fiber. it only needs small dosage and cheap cost for
the pre-treatment of the oil residue from the polyester,cotton fabric, but it removes them very
cleaningly and thoroughly!

Outward appearance: white and light yellowish wet powder agent.
Ionicity: Anionic/Non-ionic.
PH value:7-9
[Characteristics and Capabilities]
Possesses super low-foaming property
Excellent wetting, detergent, penetrating, emulsifying, dispersing, remove the oil and loose color thoroughly
resistant to acid, alkali, electrolyte, compatible with nonionic, anionic surfactant
Preferable complexation to metal ions such as calcium,magnesium
Improve the handle feeling, strength the whiteness
[Reference Dosage]
The yarn of cotton scouring(without other auxiliary) uses: 0.5~1.0g/L .
The dye soaping uses:0.2~0.3g/L.
