Leveling Agent for Acid dyes JL-150
[Brief Introduction]
This product is a excellent leveling agent for acid dyes, which is environment friendly, not containing APEO. It is suitable for dyeing of wool, silk and nylon with acid dyes.
[Outstanding Features]

Promote dispersion of acid dyes in dye bath
- Display good retarding property, providing leveling dyeing in temperature-rise dyeing phase.

Potently prevent mottled appearance and non-uniformity.
- Suitable for various machines; not influence color shade and strength of treated fabric. Over adding for wrong operations has not adversely effect.

[Directions of Application]
Exhaust Dyeing process
1. First, immerse the fabric after pretreated (wool, silk, nylon and so on) in clear water at the same time add JL-150(1-4% owf) for several minutes.
2. Then add the dye into dye bath, and then circulate 5min before normal dyeing process.
[Important Note]
Stir to mix well before using and keep the container of left product sealed for using next time.
