 Active thickener JL-TB could be applied in active dye printing, while common active dye printing

inferior brilliance, and no brightness in fineness. The appearance of active thickener JL-TB could solve above problems, and the color brightness could be raised by about 15%, besides, it uses conveniently, and you can as beat as use. The cost is low and it could be used together with sodium alginate. The sewage after rinsing could be degraded, and it is apt for the disposal of sewage environmental protection and reducing the cost of printing and dyeing industry. The thickening degree could be adjusted and it is used safe and conveniently.

[Application Referential Formula]

Beating Techniques: add JL-TB into 3%-5% of alga plasm and stir them uniformly. With certain amount of water, carbamide and saleratus, then adding dyestuff and stir them at a high-speed rate for 10-15 minutes after stirring them uniformly, after this, add reserve salt and stir them uniformly for ready usage.

Beating Techniques: Add 50% of water into certain amount of JL-TB, stirring them uniformly to make paste for ready application. Then add rest certain amount of water, stir them uniformly, then add carbamide and saleratus, then adding dyestuff and stir them at a high-speed rate for 10-15 minutes after stirring them uniformly, after this, add reserve salt.

Storage: stored in shady, cool and ventilated places for 12 months.
