[Performance and Application ]
1.Fast Penetrating Agent T is easy to dissolve water, solution water is milk white, it is no resist for strong acid, strong alkali, heavy metal and reducing agent. It is quick penetrating and even, has great wetting ability, penetrating ability, emulsion ability and foam-ability. The penetrating ability is the best under 40℃, it is easy hydrolysis encounter alkali under high temperature, it is better use penetrating agent under 40℃, then heating-up the temperature. Penetrating T is no resist alkali, so no put T to alkali liquor directly, it should be put T after dilute the alkali liquor.
2,Fast Penetrating agent T is high effective penetrating, is used to treat cotton, hemp, mucilage glue and blended fabric. After treatment, the fabric can do blench or dyeing process without scouring process. It can improve dyeing quality, make fabric more softer and be with bulky hand. In green-pressing scouring process, it is better to desize paste clean, to guarantee penetrating effect.
3,If using penetrating agent T process has much foam, can use a little defoamer, such as GP,capryl alcohol, tributyl phosphate and so on.
4,It is used to raw cotton dyeing, also can used as Pesticide wettable powder
