Character and application
1.applied in printing and dyeing industry far and wide,as a leveling agent in direct dyesutff,reducing dyestuff,acid dyestuff,dispersing dyestuff and cationic dyestuff.,also used it as striping agent and dispersing agent,general dosage 0.2~1g/L,outstanding effect,improve dyeing fastness,colour is colorful and even.Can remove the dirty that dyestuff massed in fabric ,increase ABS-Na compose detergent detersive power ,decrease fabric's electrostatic effect.
2.as detergent in metal handling process,especially easy to remove oil on the surface, be favor for next process.Also as a solubilizer (brightening agent).
3.in glass fiber industry,as emulsifier ,make fine and even lubricant emulsion,reduce glass silk fiber breakage rate,Avoid lousiness .
4.in general industry,as o/w emulsifying agent,there is emulsify function to animal,plant,mineral oil,stable emulsion.For example,component of polyester etc synthetic spining finish agent ;as a emulsifying agent in emulsify industry and fossil oil drilling fluid ;This product has exclusive emulsify function to stearic acid,paraffin wax,mineral oil;is one kind emulsifier of high polymer emulsion .
5.in agriculture,as penetrant when soaking of seeds,increase penetrant force and seeds germination rate.
