Calorised lance pipes are prepared by rendering alumium finish to carbon steel in a thickness of 100-130 microns on both inner and outer surface. It combines the actual need of steel-making in EAF , easily operate, less consumption, high refractoriness. It is an agglomeration of general coating oxygen pipe and calorized oxygen lance pipe, and mainly used for blowing oxygen/carbon in EAF, And Calorized refractory oxygen lance pipe are coated with refractory/ceramic on the outside and inside pipes.
