Toxicity: Acute oral LD50 (rat) is 2100 mg/kg, acute dermal LD50/rabbit is more than 10200 mg/kg. 

Uses: Prometryn is a selective triazine herbicide used to control broadleaf and grassy weeds in Rice, wheat, cotton, soybeans, peanuts, peas, celery, onion carrot and other crops, and in conifer eforestation plantings.
