UHMWPE Yarn/PE Yarn from 100D-3200D
1) Performance:
High Tenacity:15 times over steel and 10 times over normal chemical fiber
High Modulus: just next to superfine carbon yarn
Low Density: with a density of 0.97g/cm3, lower than the water, so it can float on water
2) Characters:
Light weight ,soft, high molecular weight, high degree of orientation and high crystallization. low density, high modulus, UV resistance ,corrosion resistance, outstands anti-impact and anti-incision.
UHMWPE/PE yarn---our patented new invention, is composed of uhmwpe and carbon nanotubes made by applying special gel-spun multi-filament technology. It has an absolute advantage of much higher bullet proof performance over common UHMWPE/PE.
3) Uses:
UHMWPE/PE yarn is widely used in national defense equipment such as tank, armored car, bulletproof plate, bulletproof helmet, bulletproof jacket, cut-resistance jacket, cut-resistant gloves and fabric; and also used in composites field such as composites materials
for aviation and spaceflight, ropes for navy vessel, trawling net, ocean cage against winds
and waves, sports equipment and construction projects.
