Application
Magnetic powder clutch suitable for tension control, overload protection, torque loader. Such as printing presses, paper machine, rewinding machine, wire drawing machine, metal rolling machine, film processing machines, textile machinery; for another example, the motor, engine, hydraulic retarder when they are doing loading experiments on the loading device.
It is based on the electromagnetic theory and using magnetic powder brake transmission torque. It has the excitation current and the torque is transmitted to a substantially linear relationship. Transfer torque with slip-independent case, has the advantages of quick response, simple structure, non-pollution, no noise, no shock and vibration, energy saving. It is a versatile, superior performance of automatic control components. The powder brake is widely used in a variety of different purposes in the mechanical braking, such as power test load, unwinding tension control and so on.
