Gx-Y2 Adhesive Tape Pressing-Rolling Tester For Plastic Flim Adhesiveness Test
This instrument is used together with Gx-B2 Disk Stripping Tester; according to the Standards requirements,it sticks adhesive tape to the printed surface of plastic film to make sample for Disc Peeling Tester to do stripping experiment.
Function and usage
It is designed to test the fastness combination of gravure printing rinted ink of plastic film and cellophane decorating printed production (including the composite film prints), to test the lamination bonding strength of printing ink-layers of plastic films and cellophane decorating printing products produced with intaglio process. It can also be used for vacuum coating, surface coating, composite and other related processes to form the surface layer attached to the state tests. It meets the standard of GB7707, JIS, C2107, Z0237 and so on.
Working Principle
Stick adhesive tape to the printed surface of film sample, and press and roll to strengthen. This instrument is used together with Gx-B1 Disc Peeling Tester.
Testing principle
It is used to stick the standard cellophane adhesive tape and printed surface of sample after adjusting test environment with standard rolling load,rolling speed and rolling times,place and adjust a certain time,then strips off the adhesive tape from test sample using Disk Peeling Tester with controlled force and speed allowing transfer of ink from adhesive tape to sample,observing the status of ink layer stripped of to determine the ink fastness properties and bonding strength.
