France Anilox Roller cleaner With Kit
Supplied as a kit that includes: 1bottle of COBRA Anilox Detergent, one set of gloves and a pair of glasses, special rinsing paper and one bottle of neutralizing powder.

Suitable Range: Ceramic anilox roller, can clean online or offline. Can clean any type of inks(water, UV, solvent for flexo and gravure) and any coating products(UV and acrylic varnishes for offset). It is also biodegradable.
Packing: Plastic, 900g/bottle, 5~6m2 of ceramic anilox surface to clean. Equipped with a pair of rubber gloves and glasses, special rinsing paper and 1kg of neutralizing powder.
Instruction of use:
Please tightly capped the bottle caps after using.
1. Offline Cleaning (Recommend)
Clean the surface of anilox, prepare a barrel of water. Wear the gloves and glasses. Put the COBRA detergent on the surface, Homogeneous tile at anilox roll surface, clean time from 20min. To 2 hours(steel brush recommended). Then use sponge which was dip in the water, to clean the spare COBRA on the surface. Then use water wash out the anilox with high pressure. Finally, use the neutralizing powder to neutralize waste water in the bottle and pour into drainage system.
2.Online cleaning
Take away or protect the scraping roller, protect well of the spare parts under the anilox, then clean the anilox according to the steps of “offline cleaning”.

Attention:
1.This product will stimulate the skin and eyes, and will cause to third-degree burn.
2.If touch with skin and eyes carelessly, rinse with water immediately and consult the doctor.
3.Please make sure to wear the gloves and glasses when operating.
4.If accidentally drinking, please call the doctor to have emergency treatment.
5.Please avoid to touching the aluminium products surface for a long time.
