France RECYL RC2000 Anilox Cleaning Agent

Suitable Range: Periodic cleaning for ceramic anilox roller, chrome anilox and gravure roller, cleaning online or offline. Suitable for any types of inks(waterbased ink, UV, flexo and gravure solvent ink ) and coating products(UV and acrylic varnishes for offset), biodegradable.
Packing: plastic bottle, 800g/ bottle(700ml), 25m2 of ceramic anilox, chrome anilox, gravure roller and rubber roller(Nitrile rubber)surface to clean.
Instruction of use:
- 1. Online cleaning (shake before using)
Put the RC 2000 detergent on the surface, roll the anilox make sure the detergent homogeneous tile on the surface, clean time from 10 min. To several hours according to the degree of plugging of anilox. Then using water or alcohol to clean the surface with the ink supply system of machine.(Do not use the acid liquid.)
This process should be repeated every week to avoid the mesh plug.
- 2. Offline cleaning (shake before using)
Make sure to wear the gloves, put the detergent on the surface, according to the degree of plugging of anilox to decide whether wrapped in stretch film. Place 1 to 48 hours(in case of the mesh plugged seriously and can not use the COBRA detergent ), then use water or alcohol to clean the surface.(Do not use acid liquid.)
Finally use water to clean with high pressure.
1. If the anilox mesh plugged seriously, please repeat the steps above.
2. Suggest to use per week to maintain the stability of the printing quality.
Attention:
1.This product will stimulate the skin and eyes, and will cause to third-degree burn.
2. If touch with skin and eyes carelessly, rinse with water immediately and consult the doctor.
3. If accidentally drinking, please call the doctor to have emergency treatment.
4. Please avoid to touching the aluminium products surface for a long time.
