Jaw Crusher PE 400×1200 is mainly used to make medium-granularity crushing of various ores and bulk materials. Compressive resistance of the materials should be less than 320Mpa, the max size of feeding materials should be around 350mm, and the output granularity is 10-90 mm. It is an equipment between the coarse crushers and the secondary crushers, which saves the secondary crushing equipments (impact crusher, cone crusher) and the cost of production line. Jaw Crusher PE 400×1200 is widely used in the fields of metallurgy, mining, building materials, highway, railway, water conservancy and chemical industry, etc.

Working Principle
The jaw crusher is mainly composed of frame, eccentric wheel, big belt roller, flywheel, movable jaw, hydraulic injection system, side board, toggle plate, back stall of toggle plate, tension rod, resetting spring, fixed jaw plate, movable jaw plate and so on, of which the toggle plate also plays a insurance role. The crushing type of this series crusher is extrusion, the motor drives the belt and belt roller, and makes movable jaw up and down by eccentric wheel. When the movable jaw rises, the angle between the toggle plate and movable jaw gets larger, so the movable jaw moves towards the fixed jaw, the stuff will be crushed in this process. The angle between toggle plate and movable jaw decreases when movable jaw moves down, the moving jaw plate leaves fixed jaw plate by pulling rod and spring, the final crushed stuff will be discharge from the outlet. Along with the continuous rotation of motor, the jaw crusher do periodic crushing and discharging to mass serial produced.
