2). Screw: The material using the 38CrMnALA, nitrogen treatment (Nitriding depth: 0.6);

c. Extrusion output: PVC 10-16KG;

d. Speed of screw: 0-80RPM;

e. Roughness of screw: 0.8.

3). Material of screw tube: 38CrMnALA, nitrogen treatment (Nitriding depth: 0.6);

4). Three-stage temperature control: Adjustment temperature range 1-399°C, precision ±1°C;

5). Equipped with stainless steel hopper device, feeding uniform, injection strip steady;

Installed on the left side of the mainframe, not the space, convenience to use and flexible, greatly improve the work efficiency.

1)Payoff tension: To adopt 5KG magnetic powder tension;

2)Tension range :0-5Kg, according to the size of any diameter line regulation to ensure constant tension;
