The wire-releasing device is composed of two double-disc wire-releasing stands which can be placed in a straight line or back to back. Each wire-releasing disc performs driving wire releasing through the frequency-modulation gear shift electromotor, and controls the wire-releasing tension through the feedback of a highly sensitive tension swing rod to ensure evenly distributed tension on the pair cable. The specially designed even-length device ensures that the four paired wires are twisted evenly and the length of lay is stable.
In order to ensure the stability of the geometrical size after cable forming, a large-diameter angle pulley is adopted to reduce bend as much as possible.
The coiling tension of wire rewinding is controlled by a low-inertia high-sensitivity electromagnetic powder clutch and a programmable logic controller (PLC), which ensure evenly distributed tension of coiling. A human-computer interface interactive control station is adopted for the overall machine to display the equipment status, operation instructions, and parameter setup at any time, so that the best running status of the machine and excellent product performance can be ensured.
