1.Adopt gas engine block,so the instructure is very strong. Also it is easy for customer to get maintenance spare parts.
2. Adopt advanced Hall ignition sensor and Highly capable USA Altronic ignition system, the engine ignition will be more reliable and easier to start. Besides,there is Top End Center mark on the engine,it is easy for users to adjust the top end certer when commissioning generator set.
3. Adopt ComAp Interligen/Interlisys controller to make synchronization for generator set, all the parameters can be set in the program and can realize the remote controlling through cell phone or computer.
4.The gas inlet pressure is only 2~12kPA,so almost all city pipe gas pressure can be satisfied,not to mention biogas. So there is no need for customer to install blower to increase pressure and save cost for you.
5. Electrical Air/Gas mixer. The mixer guarantees optimum air-fuel ratio to improve efficiency and reduce NOx emission. Unique air-fuel ratio adjusting system is suitable for 30%~90% methane concentration.
6. Long designed overhaul term: 25000~30000 hours
7. Comply with CE standard, ISO9001:2008 quality management system, ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007.

A. Natural gas
1. Adapted Gas: Natural gas,
2. Acceptable Natural gas pipeline pressure: 5~12kPa (before Pressure Regulating Valve.)
3. Gas heat value≥37MJ/Nm3 .
B. Biogas
Acceptable biogas pipeline pressure: 5~12kPa (adjustment required for higher pressure), change ratio≤1kPa/min
CH4 volume content≥30%, adjustment ratio≤2%/min
Gas heat value≥5500kcal/Nm3 (23MJ/Nm3). Genset output power will increase as the gas heat value increase, and if low heat value gas is used (Heat value<5500kcal/Nm3), it could cause power derate.
H2S content≤200mg/Nm3
NH3 content≤20mg/Nm3

or raw material, but exclude the damageable parts of engine due to customer's incorrect manmade operation. After expiration, our company provides spare parts with cost for maintenance forever.
