Control Valve for Backwash of Filter / 2 Position 3 Way valve

This valve is widely used in automatic backwash disc filtration system, driven by the pressure of pipelines and realize filter’s backwash automatically. It is simple-structured, practical, and can run for a long time without maintenance. The diaphragm can change the direction of stream quickly and stably. When backwash inlet is open, the water inlet is closed, or vice versa. It can avoid overflow of filter or mixing of clean water and waste water.

Features of 2 Position 3 Way Valve:

1. It can be used in sand filters, replacing two sets of electric or pneumatic valves, easy to be controlled;

2.Made of PA6 (Nylon) material, max working pressure is 1.0MPa;

3. Clamp connection, easy installation and removal;

4. Never rust, corrosion resisting, can be used in weak acid environment;

5. Good aging resistance, can be used in the open air;

6. Switch quickly, good operation stability;

7. Easy to replace parts, low maintenance costs;

8. The diaphragm is made of advanced rubber material which has good elasticity, between rubber is the imported high strength net cloth with good rebound performance;

9. With the bilateral dovetail waterproof rubber seal ring, it prevents water leakage of operation;

10. With the hold hoop on top, it’s much safer and is convenient to change the parts inside;
