Normally, one piece complete pelles making line including the following steps:
grinding-coneying-drying-conveying-pelletizing-cooling-packing process.

Raw materials:
Wood pellet can be made from any type of agro-forestry waste: groundnut shell,
sugarcane bio-gases, caster shells/stalk, saw dust, coffee husk, paddy straw, sunflower stalk,
cotton stalks, tobacco waste mustard stalk, jute waste, bamboo dust, tea waste, wheat straw,
palm husk, soybeans husk, coir pitch barks/straws, rice husks, forestry wastes, wood chips and
many other agro wastes.
Making process:
grinding-drying-pelletizing-cooling-packing process.
1.grinding
Depending on the different input material, we fit out the suitable Crushing machines.
If the raw material is big logs, we need to split the log into small woods,
and then are chipped into wood chips.
2.drying:
As we know, materials moisture is an important factor for line to produce pellets.The best moisture content of the materials is 15-18%.Thus , if you materials moisture content exceed 18%,then we recommend one set Dryer for your using.
3.pelletzing:
Ring die pellet machine is suitable for large scale wood pellet line, and has reliable running performance.After the final wood pellets come out from the pellet machine, then they will be entered into the next step Cooling part
oling:
there is one set cooler is added here.Cooler have the function of cooling pellets,reducing pellets moisture and screening pure pellets.After the pellets come out from the cooler, then you can put the pellets into store,or packed them for selling directly.After that,then the pellets will be host to the next part-packing part.
5.packing:
this part is added based on customer's request. If customer don't need it, then we don't add the packing part here.
