Flat Die Sawdust Pellet Machine is a professional and right facility to make pellets instead of coal or charcoal. This pellet machine is widely used to recycle all kinds of biomass materials into pellets.
Before making pellets, the raw materials should be satified with requirements as follows:
1. the feeding size should be in 3-5mm.
2. moisture content is 12-20%.

The advantages of our flat die sawdust pellet machine:
1. This series flat die pellet machine is using rotating rollers and stationary die pressure to make pellets.
2. Flat die type pellet machine is produced with international advanced equipment for longer lifespan.
3. Driven with CE motor and heavy-duty gearbox, which could produce wood pellets continuously in most adverse condition.
4. The moulding parts are made of alloy steel materials, wich will make sure its working strongly and stable.
5. Widely applied in pelletizing use, like straws, grasses, wheat stalks, wood wastes, wood chips, sawdust, rice hull, alfafa hay, coconut shells and other biomass sources.
6. The rollers and die work in high performance with long life and low maintenance cost.
7.Simple operation, easy to handle: a high degree of automation, less labor, only need three people, the use of artificial feeding or conveyor automatic.
8. Materials adaptable: the materials feeding size less than 5mm, and the moisture is better controled within 12%. If your raw materials are not same as two requests, you have to process your materials first before pelleting.
