A short description:
This is the E.P machinery new type squeezing type line, it consists of several parts, such as crushing machine, mixing machine, dosing machine, briquette machine, the drying machine and so on.
The raw material:
The material of this line is main about coal powder, charcoal powder, iron powder, lead powder, aluminum powder, quick lime and so on.
The crushing machine
So many materials can be processed into briquettes, But there are strict requirements on material size(less than 3mm). Thus, I need to clear your material condition such as what is the raw material, the size about the material.And then recommend the suitable machine to you.
The mixing machine
There are two kinds of mixing machine: wheel mixing and double shaft mixer.
The wheel mixer is mainly suitable foe the small capacity producing. But the double shafter mixer can be used in 5t/h,10t/h or more larger capacity.
Dosing machine
There are two dosing hoppers: one is for material, another is for dry powder binder. There is also need the liquid binder mixer to offer the liquid binder quantificationally.
Briquette machine
The raw material will be formed by the two squeezing rollers of the machine and the final products have high density and hardness, smooth surface and good appearance, uniform shape and size, which can be easily transported and stored.
Drying machine
The drying machine is used to dry the raw material and final briquettes, After drying, the briquettes can be packed and transported directly.
