Introduction of charcoal briquette machine
The charcoal briquette machine adopts the principle of screw propelling which makes the wood lignin and cellulose fiber combine together by screw extruding under high temperature and pressure. And the fuel briquettes are formed .This technology solves the problem of post processing of wood wastes and bio-waste.
Characteristics of this machine
1. Our charcoal briquette machine is equipped with a fully automatic cutting system, the rod can be cut off with equal distance.
2. Use the advanced hot air drying system, the moisture of the raw materials is controlled in 8-12%.
3. No need to use binder and noxious chemical.
4. Screw type briquetting press.
5. Advanced technology, compacted structure and durable molds.
6. This machine was developed and manufactured by our experiencd technical staffs, so it is very stable and has long service life.
The biomass briquette machine is equipped with automatic temperature controlling system. The final briquettes are cylindrical or square, whose diameter range is 20-40 mm. The main parts include forming mold, propeller, inner sleeve and heating circle.
