Brief introduction of pellet making machine:
Pellet making machine is the equipment crushed pine, poplar, fruit and straw, bamboo shavings
into sawdust for processing into biomass fuel machines. Gearbox is made of high quality alloy steel, surface carbonizing, after grinding fine processing, smooth transmission, low noise, high
load capacity, low temperature, long life. Box body increased gluten, greater pressure tolerance.

Wearing parts of pellet making machine:
Service life of roller and die is 300-500 hours under normal running condition. Most of dies can
be used on both sides, it is recommended to replace roller and die at the same time. Make sure
there are no hard materials mixed with raw materials. Because it is easy to destory the die and
roller.
Application of the biomass fuel:
1. Home heating stoves
2. Hot water boilers and the industrial boilers,
3. Biomass power plants and so on.
Requirements for making the pellet:
a. size of raw materials: powder or no longer than 5mm
b. moisture content of raw materials: 10-18%
c. raw materials can be the mixture of 2 or more than 2 kinds different materials, they must be
evenly mixed.
d. no adhensive or chemicals need in the processing
Working principle of pellet making machine:
The raw materials must be powdery, and the moisture is 12%- 18%, mix the raw materials and
water up. If the moisture is not enough, you need to add more water, or there would not be
pellets. Due to the pressure and friction in the matrix, the starting materials are heated to a high
temperature (nearly 60~80 °C). As a result of pressure and temprerature increasing, the materials
were compressed into pellets. The output pellets will have very high strength after cooling.

You can choose different die with different hole diameter, can adjust the length by the cutter to
attach your requirement.
Packing and shipping of pellet making machine:
1.First we will seperate and wrap the machine with thick plastic film first(including the motor).
2. The plastic film bag wrapped machine, according to the size and weight to make wooden box,
put machine in and fixed the box after loading.
3. The machine parts need to be put in a fixed container, should be fixed well.
The external dimension is 800(L)*450(W)*700(H)mm. We will choose the most convenient port to you.
