1. Usually, models are packed in carton, we provide neutral carton, LAUNTOP brand carton or cutomer brand carton. We can also make wooden case if neccessary. For LCL shipment, we will make pallets to protect the goods from rough handling.

2. We can arrange shipping by sea, by air or by courier as per customer's request.

1. We provide one year warranty for all of our products count from the datd of B/L. If the machine break during he warranty period due to quality or assembling problem, we provide free spare parts to our customer for reparing. After expiration, we provide cost spare parts service.

3. We can make OEM as per request of our customer, such as customer brand, label, package, special model design, color, etc.

1. Q: What's the MOQ for this model ?

    A: The MOQ for this products is 10 units. But for sample order, we also accept 1-2 units. 

2. Q: What's the delivery time ?

    A: For sample order, the delivery time usually within 1-2 weeks, for container order, usually cost 1 month. Please check with sales for exact information.

3. Q: How about the production capacity ?

    A: FYI, the current production capacity for our diesel engine products is 250 units/day.

4. Q: Can I stick my own brand on the model ?

    A: Yes, we can make OEM for our customer. Extra cost for customer package please check with sales.
