What is the details of our Genset?
1,Our conopy thick is 2.5 mm, and most of the other vendors is 1.6 mm to 1.8 mm.The door is pretty strong with stainless steel screw and we adopt high-temperature painting .Canopy body surface is all spray model.
2,Well . New canopy is special design for small genset and the setting don’t have cooling problem,just make sure 50 bigger radiator then no worries about overheating any more .
3,Further , our design department and engineer are turning attention to improve a system to reduce air pollution from exhaust pipe . Means you buy our genset and you take green but environmental protection diesel generator set . Now our team is working about how to take advantage the heat energy cause from engine to power or cooling engine .

If the machine break during he warranty period due to quality or assembling problem, we provide free spare parts to our customer for reparing. After expiration, we provide cost spare parts service. For any claim, please cooperate to provide necessary information to us for evaluation such as the serial number, pictures of the broken parts and working condition before the model broken. We will make record and improvement in case of same problem in the future.

FAQ
1. Q: What's the MOQ for this model ?
A: The MOQ for this products is 20 units. But for sample order, we also accept 1-2 units.
2. Q: Do you have this model in stock ?
A: Usually, customers from different district have different request to the specification, such as color, speed, so it's hard to prepare stock in advance. But sometimes we will have several units left in stock, please ask our sales people to check for you.
3. Q: How about the production capacity ?
A: FYI, the current production capacity for our twin cylinder products is 50units/day. For gasoline products is 250 untis/day, for diesel products is 150 units/day.
4. Q: Can I mix several models in a container ?
A: Yes, this is acceptable. Please ask our sales to calculate the quantity for you.
1. Delivery time for engines & generators usually take 30 days after receive buyer's deposit.
2. Delivery time for water pumps & high pressure washers usually take 40 days after receive buyer's deposit.
3. For special period, for example, Chinese spring festival, the delivery time will be a little bit longer. So, in case of any impact on your sales, please arrange your purchase plan timely. If you place order during festival, please check with our sales the exact delivery time.
4. Also, in case of any delay in shipment, please arrange payment in time according to the payment terms agreed by both parties. Thank you for your cooperation !
