Flow Meter: Automatic Tempering Machine
Capacity: up to 15 tons/ hour
Required water pressure : minimum 2 bars (the pressure must be stable )
-Measuring the moisture of flowing material
-Calculating the water requirement depending on the required final moisture rate by ton/lt
-Electronic control of flowing water.
-Detecting the problems on control panel automatically
-% moisture monitoring simultaneously
-PC connectivity, operating the machine without walking by near to the machine.
-Monitoring the required total water by lt/hour , the temperature of the grain , the moisture of the grain bu temperature and moisture sensors.
- The precision of the sensors is ± 0.3%
