Product Description

Our coreless medium frequency induction melting furnace adopts thyristors and static heating mode and is used to melt copper, aluminum, stainless steel and other non-ferrous and ferrous metals.  It features low noise ,energy saving, fast melting and reliable operation.In our coreless mains frequency induction melting furnace, copper tubes are coiled around the crucible containing molten metal. When AC current flows into the coils, an alternating longitudinal magnetic field is formed with a part of the flux passing through the metal and heating it. The heat is transferred from the surface of the melt to the center. The metal and the alloying elements in the crucible are strongly stirred and melt quickly. The chemical composition and the temperature of the molten metal are uniform. Besides, such stirring can also help remove oxygen, gases and other inclusions.
