Operation Specification:

1.Slaked Lime mixer, power on, then fill the water. The rate for the slaked lime and water is half to half.

2 .The mould should be lubricated enough. And should be lubricated for every cycle.

3.Each model has 80 spaces for the filling, each cycle will be take about 6minutes,

4.when the filling completed, should be turn off the model make the wet chalk come off from the model, then dry in the sun.

5.The packing should be completed by handwork.

6.The shape can be round, rectangle, or star shape. The length of the chalk can be from 75mm-105mm.
