The complete cage(A-Type) includes: Cage, U-Type Hot /Cold Galvanization Cage Frame , black Inspissate Crib,PVC Water pipe,Nipple Drinker, Water-split Equipment, Water-terminal Equipment, Water Pressure Controlling System, Fixing accessories for cage
1. Material: Galvanizaed Q235 steel wire,interval of bottom wire is 22-25mm,which is designed by our engineer practicing 20 years,good elasticity,not deformation,not flagging,can reduce the fatigue of chicken and increase egg production.
2. Surface treatment:Galvanization,we have most advanced Automatic Galvanization Line for Poultry Equipment manufacture all over the world
3.The samples with 2 tiers Galvanized layer chicken cage in our factory,
size of set:(L*W*H) 2*1.7*1.5m.can feed 60 pcs
4.The samples with 3 tiers Galvanized layer chicken cage in our factory,
size of set:(L*W*H) 2*2.15*1.5m,and can feed 90 pcs.
5.The samples with 4 tiers Galvanized layer chicken cage in our factory,
size of set:(L*W*H) 2.*2.40*1.9m,and can feed 120 pcs.
6.The samples with 5 tiers Galvanized layer chicken cage in our factory,
size of set:(L*W*H) 2.*2.85*3m,and can feed 150 pcs.
7.This is White PVC water pipe,good elasticity,heat resistance,solid and durable,uselife is 15 years.
8.Check our automatic nipple drinkers in the cages,it is controlled by Stainless Steel Ball, chicken is easy to meet drinking water needs,so it can save feed consumption
9. Size of the chicken crib: 70*80*120mm,the crib we produce is of high content plastic,solid and durable,the Loading Capacity of each layer of one Group:40KG/PC.
