1, rotator ways

 The DKT series air blower may divide into the laevogyrate (LG) and the dextrogyrate (RD) two revolving way. One should regards straight from the electrical machinery, the impeller clockwise rotation is called the dextrorotary air blower, and the counterclockwise rotation is called the laevogyrate air blower. The belt pulley may control veers; therefore it is not limited by the direction.

2, installs form

the DKT series air blower can be possible to make 0°, 90°, 180°, 270° four kinds of air outlet directions according to Figure 1.It can carry on the installment according to the user requests air outlet direction.

• Notes:

1. It should be inspected all parts of the air blower before the installment, especially the impeller, the main axle and the bearing and so on. If it was damaged, it should be repaired before installation.

2. Inspects the cabinet and other shells, should not have falls into, the carry-over tool and the sundry goods.

3. After the air blower installment, move the impeller with the hand or the release lever to inspect whether to cross tight or the collision phenomenon, only after confirmed it does not have these problem, it can carries on trail.

4. The air blower’s electrical machinery power are refer to under the specific operating mode, to  the air blower internal power adds on the mechanical loss and the electrical machinery capacity safety coefficient,  not to the air outlet all opens wide by no means when needs power, therefore to prevent the electrical machinery ultra power revolution to burn down, refuses the air blower air outlet either the tuber does not meet the pipeline or has not added outside any resistance to carry on the spatial revolution.

5. The air hose and between the air blower inlet and outlet should use the flexible connection, the attachment should not tighten.

6. Before the air blower revolution, should inspect the electrical machinery’s veer whether to meet the requirement which the air blower’s veer..

7. When ordering, it should indicate the air blower model, the rotational speed, the amount of wind, the wind pressure, the air outlet direction and the hand of rotation as well as the electrical machinery model specification.

8. If needs the leather belt, the belt pulley, the electrical machinery, to install fittings or other special requests and so on foundation necessary may in ordering time proposed.
