 1. Applications

 fans can be divided into10 specifications according to the impeller angle,  each type of blades can be mounted by 15°, 20°, 25°, 30°, 35°

 

 3. Production Parts:

The standard configuration of this type of fans are generally consist of the following product parts:

case, impeller, air inlet, motor, system integral pedestal, main shaft, driving system (bearing house, bearing), coupling

 5. Maintenance of blowers

Maintenance personnel should pay attention to points as follows: 

  1. 1.                Blowers can run based on complete normal conditions
  2. 2.                Please check every part of blower is regular or not after repairing.
  3. 3.                Clearing fan and gas pipeline internal dust at regular period, dirt and impurities such as water, and to prevent rust
  4. 4.                Repairing cannot going at running period.

6. Notes

1. If the discovery of flow is too large, and not fit for the request or short time need to smaller flow, can use the throttle device adjusted.

 

2. Inspect the thermometer and oil mark sensitivity at regular period.

 

3. If there is off-normal occurrence happen when blower drive, stop and rotate,should repair it as soon as possible.

 

4. if there is small glitch, should check it, and repair it.

 

5. In addition to every time after repairing should be oil change outside, still should be regularly oil change.
