1. Silo/Manpower hopper main stock line system:

Working principle:

By this system, chicken feed can be conveyed from the silo or manpower hopper into each feeding line in

your chicken farms. There is a feed sensor at the end of main feed line, which controls the on/off of the

motor automatically to achieve automatic feed delivery. 

2.Automatic pan feed line system:

Working principle:
There is a feed sensor at the end of each feeding line which controls motor on and off to achieve feed delivery 
automatically. The feed sensor is usually installed at one feed pan of the feeding line. The motor will start working

and delivery feed when the feed pan (with sensor) lacks of feed and stop working when the feed pan (with sensor)

is full of feed.

3.Automatic nipple drinking system:

Working principle:

Supply clean water to each nipple steady, chicken can drink water from 360 degree freely.

4.Automatic ventilation fan system:

Working principle:

The longitudinal way of cooling pad - fan ventilation way is the most economical and effective way to reduce

temperature of chicken house in summer. This system controls climate conditions, fresh air, humidity and

temperature in poultry shed, it is vital for growing birds.

5.Environment control system:

Working principle:

T607(for example) climate controllers is high favorable controller, it can be used for broilers and layers.

T607 has 8 outputs for fans, heaters,cooling pad alarm; 2 outputs for regulating fans speed and lighting system; 

2 outputs for alarm of feed and water. Minimum ventilation curve and temperature reduction curve are built

inside T607 for reference.

Main components:

 1).Environment controller: Israel T607, T616, Image II/China brand UBT-2000 are optional.

For example of T607, it has 8 outputs for fans,heaters, cooling pad alarm,2 outputs for regulating fans

speed and lighting system, 2 output for alarm of feed and water, minimum ventilation curve and temperature

reduction curve are built inside T607 for reference.

2).Power distribution box: UPS power outage alarm is including,the alarm function is that, for example,

the motor for feed line get trouble. it will trip, responsible for that part of the motor feed line gate will jump,

does not effect other part's running.

3).Main power box: receive the signal from T607 (or other controller) and sends signal to vice power control

box, the vice power control box will executive action.

6.Fogging system:

Working principle:

Based on principle that the water adjust the climate in natural world, atomization cooling is to purify the water 

through the filter, then convey the water into high-pressure nozzle after the pressurization by high-pressure pump,

make fog particles mixed with the ambient hot air to absorb a largr quantity of heat, and evaporate the fog particles

by the air to accelerate the flow of the air at the same time to make the temperature of the ambient air quickly reduced

, thereby achieving the aim of temperature reduction.In summer, when the temperature of the poultry house is high,

the atomization cooling system can reduce room temperature by 3-8 degrees centigrade within a few minutes.

1).Spraying and disinfection engine:3.7kw main engine system with high pressure soft pipe and filter.

2).Spraying accessories:cooper tube,nylon pipe,spray bracket with two holes,ball valve, copper connector, etc.

7.Curtain system(auto/manual):

Function: 

Curtain system is designed for open chicken houses in high temperature districts. The curtains can

replace an entire wall or parts of the wall and are also operated as a ventilation system for the poultry house.

Main components:

Galvanized support pipe,pulley, nylon rope,curtain, winch,etc.

8.Heater system:

Function:Warm poultry shed to satisfy the temperature demand of baby chicks or whole chicken house.

Optional heaters:

1). Hot blast heater of coal or diesel:  heat the whole chicken house,

2). Gas brooder: heat the day old chick. 

3). Gas heater: heat whole chicken house, quantity needed are based on chicken shed area.
