Prefabricated chicken poultry broiler house and automatic equipment
1.Main feed line system:
Main feed line system consists of a driving device ,a forage tower,a conveying pipe ,an auger and a material level sensor.the main stocking line system is mainly used to convey feed from the forage tower into the hopper of the feeding line and automatically control the conveying opening/closing of the motor by the material level sensor to achieve the aim of automatic feeding.

2.Pan feeding system:
Chicken disk type automatic feeding system consists of a driving device.a hopper ,a conveying pipe,an auger,trays,a suspension lifting device,an anti-perching device and a material level sensor.
The main function of the system is to convey feed from the hopper into each tray to ensure the eating of the meat chickens and automatically control the conveying opening/closing of the motor by the material level sensor to achieve the aim of automatic feeding.

3.Nipple drinking system:
This main function is to deliver certain pressure water to drinking pipe,the water will flow out when automatically broilers touch the nipple,so as to meet the function of drinking water automatically.
Imported waterline:
1.waterline comes from European technics ,every nipple has to pass the tests before delivery,so it will never leak..
2.Nipple is easy to be dismounted and replaced.
3.It can meet the drinking requirement of chicken more appropriately.
4.Ventilation system:
Include:50’’fan,36’’fan and air inlet.
Air inlet window component:
* With UV resistant additive,air inlet has stronger anti-aging ability,longer service life.
* The unique structure on window edge making it more closely and firmly.
* Wind deflector can prevent cold wind blowing down,make the fresh air blow in the center of chicken house,which ensures a better ventilation effect.
* Double spring ensures excelling sealing.
* Flexible opening with anti-bird nets.
*Manuel control:Operater will check the pressure of chicken house,control the winch by hand until meet the request.
Butterfly Cone fan:
Features:
* Design of butterfly door makes a minimum wind resistance and opimum performance.
* Belt:automatic tensioning device improves transmission efficiency and prolongs service life.
* Frame:high quality hot-dip galvanized steel sheet.
* Motor:Three-phase motor with 3c certification,high efficiency and energy-saving,safe and reliable.
Axial flow fan:
Belt's automatic tensioning device improves transmission efficiency.
The phenomenons of belt elongation and skid during usage bring big harms to fan,such as a shorter belt's service life,a smaller transmission efficiency and air capacity,and loss of energy.
5.Cooling pad system:
Cooling pad -fan the longitudinal ventilation cooling combination is most economical and effective summer cooling combination of the hen house.

Installation and layout of cooling pad and the fan are alway oppositely arranged,and the cooling pad is installed on the wall surface facing monsoon wind.
6.Automatic environment and power control system:
Have four sets:T607,T610,T616,MR6616 ,T series are imported from nology have advanced international level,on small environment control.
