Breeder Chain Feeding System:
1.Specifications:
1) Drive motor power: 2Kw~5Kw(based on the chain feed line length).
2) Raising ability: 14 female breeders/meter.
3) Hopper: Main hopper: 260Kg, vice hopper: 100Kg.
4) chain: imported from South Africa.
2.Main features:
1) Driving motor uses cycloidal-pin wheel reduce device, more stable and reliable convey feed equality, reduce noise. Delivery speed can reach 36 meters/minute;
2) Through bracket and connection is liftable, we can adjust their height according to different breeding stages. Bracket surface use hot galvanizing process, anti-corrosion, more suitable for poultry house environment.
3) 90 degree angle wheel and rail surface are special hardening processed, alloy bearing don't need oiling, have good wear resistance and long service life.
4) Feed trough is made of wear-risistant and anti-rust material, have 44mm width of limited food grill, which can separate the hens and roosters apart effectively, and different width food grill can be customized according to customer requirements.
5) Hopper and through interface site has a cover plate, it is easy to adjust the height of material level and prevent feed spill.

2.Products Detail:
1) The drive motor is connected to the feed sensor, which gives back signal to start and stop the
motor automatically. It could meet breeder feeding requirement during every stage of growing
period.
2)All the feed pan filled simultaneous, which make the breeder could feed with same amount at
the same time. Eliminate hungry hyperirritability , ensure uniform growth, enhance egg
production rate.
3)Feed is delivered by disc-chain in the pipe, which greatly reduce feed damage. Closed feed
delivery eliminate pollution and noise, avoid abrasion of feed pipe.
4)Disc soft link ensure cycle supply of feed, easy for installation.
5)Once suspension installation, long service life.
