The parent breeders are the birds that produce the fertile eggs that will become the broiler chickens that are
harvested for meat.
The three main steps and stages in the whole broiler production process are:
• rearing and managing broiler breeders (the birds that produce eggs for hatching into broiler chicks);
• fattening of broiler chicks ;
• marketing and processing of finished broiler birds.
We provide both broiler chicken farming equipment and breeder chicken farming equipment.

Details for breeder environment control house:
1. Chain Feed Line System(Female breeders):
Driving motor:
use cycloidal-pin wheel reduce device, more stable and reliable convey feed equality, reduce noice than toothed wheel.
Feed trough bracket and connection:
They are liftable. We can adjust their height according different breeding stages. Bracket surface use hot galvanized
process, anti-corrosion, more suitable for poultry house environment.
90 degree corner wheel:
The wheel is after special hardening process, alloy bearing don't need oiling, have good wear resistance and long service
life.
Feed trough:
made of wear-risistant and anti-rust material, have 44mm wide limited food grill, which can separate the hens and roosters
apart effectively, the limited food grill distance can also be customized.
Chain:
imported from South Africa, have strong feed delivery speed, can reach 36m/minute.
Hopper:
We have 260Kg main hopper and 100Kg vice hopper, they are made of high quality galvanized sheet, there is cover plate
between hopper and trough interface, which is easy to adjust the height of feed level and to prevent feed spill.

Feed hopper:
Bin Volume: 115L,200L
Material: Hot-dip galvanized sheet

Pan feeding system:
Conveying pipe: 4 pans/3m, 3 pans/3m
Diameter: 45mm
Feed Pipe Material: Hot-dip galvanized steel pipe(the zinc coating amount is more than 275g/m2).
Thickness:1.2mm
Spring auger: imported from South Africa
Feeding ability: 400kg/h.
Feed sensor:
When feed sensor is installed inside the feed pan(coonect to open), driving motor starts work to convey feed,
when feeder sensor does not touch feed, and it stops conveying feed when feed sensor touches feed( for main feed
line and pan feed line use).
When feed sensor is installed at the bottom of feed bin(connect to close), the function is opossite to the above situation.
Female breeders feed pan:
The main characteristics of our female breeder feed pan:
1). 4pans/3m, feed pan distance :750mm;
2). Feed pan diameter: 360mm;
3). Material:pp---Polypropylene;
4). Feeding capacity: 12.5 birds/pan;
5). 16 grills width of 40-52mm divide into 11 files, suitable for all stages breeders (including day-old birds) feeding needs;
6). Feed hole height of 70mm,80mm,90mm three files. when feed hole width is 52mm, height is 80mm, chicks can in&out
freely;
7). Feed pan capaicty: 16 grades files, 200-630g/pan, which can meet different stages chickens eating demands;
8). Pull switch design, easy to switch each pan;
9). Bottom of the pan can be hanged, easy to take down, convenient to install and wash.
Male breeders feeder pan:
The main characteristics of our male breeder feed pan:
1). 4pans/3m, feed pan distance :750mm;
2). Feed pan diameter: 360mm;
3). Material:pp---Polypropylene;
4). Feeding capacity: 8-9 birds/pan;
5). With 9 grilles design, there are still intake hole after supplementing male breeders.
6). The fixation clamp can prevent feed pan swinging, so as to keep feed at the center of feed pan.
7). The adjusting ring at the top of feed pan can adjust the feed gears to the optumum position to reduce the waste of feed.
3. Nipple Drink Line System:
Nipples&drip cups&square water pipe:
1). Outside shell is made of pure engineering plastic, inner valve rod is made of stainless steel.
2). Feeding capability: 8-10 birds/drinker.
3). All nipples are anti-rusting, service life over 10 years.
4). Double-sealing structure, with good seal ability, avoid water leakage and its bad influence to chicken house.
5). Valve rod is movable in 360 degree, it's suitable for all chickens to drink, from day-old chicks to adult chickens.
Pressure regulator( double barreled with large flow capacity)
1). Good regulating stability, high switching performance.
2). Sufficient water supply.
3). Recoil cleaning with good cleaning result, save time& water.
4). Good quality movable valve, easy to change
Waterline front system:
Front part is controller of water, it's main function is to adjust water supply pressure and stabilizing drinking volume.
This part is usually installed in control room.
1). Pressure regulator: make sure to supply stable water to drinking line. Anti-backlash device can discharge the
impurity in pipe.
2). Filter: clean water and avoid blocking nipples.
3). Water meter: measure water usage volume.
4). Doser: add medicine exactly to prevent disease.
Lifting& suspension system:
Correct height for drinking system is very important for chicken( both higher and lower can result chicken bone's
distortion, which is bad for chicken growth, also lead to water waste), it's easy to adjust drinking line height by winch.
Water display level tube:
Use high transparency& impact resistant meterial, it's sturdy and durable, easy to watch water level, easy to take down
and clean with this advanced design.
