1. Automatic Poultry Feeder for broiler and Breeder/Breeder Chain Feeding System
(1) Driving system
Driving system adopts cycloidal-pin wheel reducer, which is more reliable and stable, ensure a more uniform feed-delivery and lower noise than gear reducer.
(2) Wheel Angle and Guide Rail
90 degree wheel Angle and Guide Rail have been specially hardening treatment, its alloy bearing do not need to be lubricated, which is a better performance of abrasion resistance and a longer life than the usualhardening treatment or not treatment.
(3) Trough
Feed trough is made by special material of abrasion resistance and rustproof. Trough is installed with feed-restriction grille of 44mm feed-level width, which could separate female from male. Different
specificationfeed-resitriction grille of feed-level width could be customized according to customer’s requirements.
(4) Trough Bracket and Connector
Trough bracket and connector could be lifted up and down, its height could be adjusted at different raising stage. Bracket is hot galvanized treatment, corrosion resistance, more suitable to poultry house
environment.
(5) Cover Plate
There is a cover plate at the interface of feed hopper and trough, which is convenient to adjust feed level height and avoid feed leak.
2.Breeder nipple drinking system
This system can provide fresh and clean water for poultry which is crucial for the growth of poultry.The drinkers can be triggered from 360 degree which helps young birds start well and makes drinking easily.
3.Laying Nest
Breeders produce eggs there, one laying nest could be for 100 breeders.
