2.Automatic pan feeding system:

This system convey feed through the rotation of helical spring auger,inclulding main feed line and pan feeding lines.

Main feed line:silo/manpower hopper is the beginning of main feed line.there is a feed sensor at the end of main feed line which controls motor on and off to achieve automatic feed delivery.

Advantages:Reduce labor intensity,one person is enough for one house.

Pan feeding line:There is a feed sensor at the end of each feeding line which controls motor on and off to achieve automatic feed delivery.

Feed  pan type:

Main features of broiler feed pan:

*Outside adjustment feed pan has 6 gears of feed amount,and the other kinds has 13 gears.

*Feed pan slide switch could adjust feed flow until it is filled.

*Outside adjustment feed pan is more convenient,accurate and quick to adjust feed flow,the operation is to hand by the out side grids and rotate up and down.

*Pan bottom can be disassembled on the fround,working for day-old chickens.

*V-Pan plate design can reduce feed storage on bottom,so birds can always eat fresh feed .The design can also prevent the birds from staying too long on the plate.

*The edge of pan plate tilt towards the center,which can avoid waste of food.

*The smooth edge can prevent the craw of birds from hurting and make sure safety and comfort feeding.

*Feed pan installation has fixed type or swing type.

Feed sensor:

When feed sensor is installed inside the feed pan (connect to open),driving motor starts work to convey feed,when feed sensor does not touch feed,and it stops conveying feed when feed sensor touches feed(for main feed line and pan feeding line use).

When feed sensor is installed at the bottom of feed bin(connect to close),the function is opposite to the above situation.

Lifting system for feed line:

*Main part:which,pulley,fixing plate,steel wire rope and clamp.

*The height of feeder pan is very important for chicken growing ,it is very conenient to adjust the feeding line height by winch.The best height of feeding line is :chicken back height and feeder pan up grill should at the same level.

*It is convenient to clean the chicken house and for chicken's in and out through adjusting feeding line height.
