This system convey feed through the rotation of helical spring auger, including main feed line and pan feeding line.

Main feed line:Silo/Manpower hopper is the beginning of main feed line. There is a feed sensor

at the end of main feed line which controls motor on and off to achieve feed delivery.

2).Feed hopper, Bin volume:115L,200L. Material:hot-dip galavnized sheet.Thickness:1mm.

3).Pan feeding system, Feed pipe:3m/3pan, or 3m/4pan. Diameter:45mm.Thickness:1.2mm

    Material:hot-dip galavnized steel pipe the zinc coating amount is more than 275g/m2.

4).Spring auger,imported from South Africa.

5).Feed sensor, imported from Germany.

Main features of broiler feed pan:

-Outside adjustment feed pan has 6 gears of feed amount, and the other kinds has 13 gears.

-Pan bottom can be disassembled on the ground, working for day-old chicks.

-V-pan plate design can reduce feed storage on bottom, so birds can always eat fresh food.

-The edge of pan plate tilt towards the center, which can avoid waste of food.
