1.Main stock line of silo/manpower hopper system
Main feed line: silo/manpower hopper is the beginning of main feed line. There is a feed sensor at the end of main feed line which controls motor on and off to achieve automatic feed delivery.
2.Automatic pan feeding system
Automatic pan feeding system consists of a driving motor, a hopper, a conveying pipe, an auger, feed pan, a suspension lifting device, an anti-perching device and a feed sensor.
3.Automatic nipple drinking system
This system can provide fresh and clean water for poultry which is crucial for the growth of poultry.The drinkers can be triggered from 360 degree which helps young birds start well and makes drinking easily.
4.Automatic ventilation system
This system controls climate conditions,fresh air,humidity and temperature in poultry shed.It is vital for growing birds,including air inlets,axial flow fan and butterfly cone fan for your choice.
5.Cooling pad system
Cooling pad and fan, the longitudinal ventilation and cooling combination is the most economic and effective summer cooling system for poultry house.
6.Environmental and power control system
This system saves labors and resources under the condition of assuring a optimum growth environment for poultry chickens.It is imported from Israel which can set an optimum working mode according to the local climate and raising environment.
7.Spraying and disinfecting system
This system effectively cools, humidifies, dedusts and disinfects poultry house(temperature could be quickly reduced by 3-8 degrees centigrade within a few minutes)
8.Heater
Heating poultry house when it is needed to satisfy the temperature demand of chickens at different growth stage. Hot-blast heater of coal and diesel, poultry gas heater and infrared gas brooder, 3 different kind at your option.
Packaging and Shipping
Standard export package of chicken farm poultry equipment for export is in container. Shipment in 15 days after the order confirmation.
