1. Main stock line of silo/manpower hopper system

Main feed line: silo/manpower hopper is the beginning of main feed line. There is a feed sensor at the end of main feed line which controls motor on and off to achieve automatic feed delivery.

Automatic pan feeding system consists of a driving motor, a hopper, a conveying pipe, an auger, feed pan, a suspension lifting device, an anti-perching device and a feed sensor.

4. Automatic ventilation system

This system effectively cools, humidifies, remove dusts and disinfects poultry house(temperature could be quickly reduced by 3-8 degrees centigrade within a few minutes)

A. humidification: increase the humidity to the preset range according to the requirements - 60~70% of the maximum relative humidity.

B. cooling: cooling poultry house by 3~8 centigrade within few minutes.

C. disinfection: add disinfectant into water source of spraying and fogging system, then fogging system could disinfect the chicken house.

D. washing: the Spraying Machine could also do wash for chicken house.

8. Heater

Heating poultry house when it is needed to satisfy the temperature demand of chickens at different growth stage. Hot-blast heater of coal and diesel, poultry gas heater, infrared gas brooder and fan-heater of gas/diesel, 4 different kind at your option.
