Working principle:
Jinlong cooling pad is made of corrugated fiber paper which is covered by thin layer water film. When the outside hot air passes through the paper, water on the thin film will absorb the heat in the air and evaporate into vapor. And the cool and humid air will enter the room. The processing is just like the wind blowing through the water level.
Features:
1. Made of corrugated fiber paper with the spatial crossing linking technology: high absorbability, high water resistant and anti-mildew. After integrating some special chemical composition and post-processing, the cooling pad is anti corrosive, high strength with long service life. It can supply enough surface area for heat exchange of the water and air and also can purify the air as a natural filter.
2. High hygroscopicity: to absorb water naturally, with fast speed of pervasion and lasting effectiveness. Water drops can diffuse within 4-5 seconds. The natural absorption height is 60-70mm/5 minutes, as 200mm/1.5 hours, reaching the international standard.
3. Specific stereoscopic structure: large evaporation area, and cooling efficiency can be as high as 80%. After a special formula and process, the pad surface has good performance in absorbing water while preventing water droplets coming out from the surface.
4. Instant-drying: when water stops flowing on pad surface, its protection coat will dry very soon. In this case, animalcule can not live on the surface which prevents the growing of algae.
5. No phenol in the raw material, which is irritant to skin: safe, energy saving, environmental protective, economic and durable.
6. No micro hole on the surface: preventing the algae from living in deep part of pad. Algae will fall automatically when the pad become dry.
7. Frame: galvanized, aluminum alloy or stainless steel, beautiful and practical, high-strength, easy to remove.
Installation:
1. The cooling pad and the fan are always oppositely arranged, and the cooling pad is installed on the wall surface facing monsoon wind.
2. Submersible pump should be installed under water in the pool to keep the water source clean and the ground neat and beautiful. After the installation, the water distribution is even and no leaking because of its tight structure.
Temperature of the dry ball and the wet ball is different at any time in the outside. Temperature for the dry ball is high, and that of the wet ball is lower. The hotter weather, the bigger temperature gap between dry ball and wet ball.
