Collection belt system
Our collection belt is imported from Italy, with advanced technological design. The belt has blue and white patterns on its surface which maks the belt a better appearance and efficient practical.
The belt is made by Polypropylene yarn which ensures the belt a long service life cause the material is corrosion-resistant and antibacterial. The belt do not absorb water and is stable with hot weather. So it can be cleaned by water directly.
The belt is 10 cm in width and driven by worm-gear speed reducer which kept the belt running smooth at a speed of 2 centimeter per second.
Egg Collection machine
The egg collection machine is Jinfeng Brand.
We obtain the patents and named the machine by our factory name. The egg collection machine collects eggs from various tiers of the cage. All the eggs are collected in the front platform for packing or collected on the cross conveyor system to transfer the eggs to packing machiner storehouse.
Egg Clips of Egg Collection Machine
The egg clips is elastic and flexible, 275 mm in length.
Each clip has 11 hooks, each hook is 9 mm in width and the gap between two hooks is 17 mm which ensures the eggs stable on the clips during collection period.
The gap between two rows is 88 mm which accurate been calculated to lowers the distance of eggs dropping into the egg clips, ensures the eggs won’t be broken during collecting.
The lift conveyor belt is made all by hand
The main part of the collection machine is the lift conveyor belt. The perfect connection of conveyor belt and machine is not only influence the egg collection process. directly determine the service life of the machine.
The egg collection belt in the machine is made by our technician, so the belt is correspond with the collection machine.
All the clips are connected with collection belt by rivets.
Each clip is fixed by 4 rivets that ensure the clips steady and strong.
Belt Connection
The lift conveyor belt is connected by zipper. The two sides of the zipper are stagger, so the belt can be connected completely, then a steel wire cross the zipper which ensure the belt connected tightly.
Dynamical System
The dynamical system is driven by worm-gear speed reducer which kept the lift conveyor belt running smooth at a speed of 4 centimeter per second.
The speed of lift conveyor belt is twice of the egg collection belt’s. This reduce eggs’ dropping speed from the collection belt, ensures the egg collection safely and efficiently.
The drive system
The driven roller is made by compressed high-class rubber, this increases the friction between roller and belt, so belt slipping and drifting can be avoided.
The Junction
The junction between egg clips and front platform are perfectly combined which ensures the machine working regularly.
