Why need Sow Gestation Crates?
This product is for progressive producers who want to take their sow management to a higher level.Suitable and high quality equipment for modern pig farms, which can help decrease the abortion rate and it’s Convenient for statistical which improves the raising performance for farms.
1. The whole hot-dip galvanized steel pipe, adopt the carbon dioxide protection welding, and welding firm, smooth, without burr, can’t hurt pigs. Crates are available in galvanized steel for durability and low maintenance.
2. Gestation stall save floor space and limit the activities of the pig, so that the pig can grow faster, convenient feeding and cleaning. Hot-dipped galvanized steel pipe welding, sturdy and durable, anti-corrosion, easy to clean, reduce the labor intensity of workers.
3. Saving space, increase of the number of unit area.
4. Feeding trough features solid steel partitions to help reduce sow competition when eating and independent space, avoid the sows scramble, reduce the abortion rate.
5.The front of the Galvanized breeding crates is angled to discourage sows from stepping into the feed trough.The back of the stall is angled to save space.
6. In free-access mode, when sows enter the crates, the door automatically closes behind them to provide privacy for eating. Sows release themselves by simply backing up to trigger the release latch. The door then opens automatically.
7.Sows can be temporarily locked into the crates to aid breeding and pregnancy scanning and are able to be released individually or by groups.
